Yes, portal login and support login is separate. If you would like to view all your support request in one place and also track the status, you may need to create a new account for our support desk. When you first submit your ticket, new account gets created automatically. All you need to do is provide a new password to activate it.
Note that, you can always submit new ticket anytime without a new account in our support portal.
